1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the WarungPlay website located at warungplay.click ("Platform", "Website"), including all associated products, services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, "Services"). The Platform is operated by WarungPlay ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Website, or using any part of the Services, you ("User", "Player", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, ourPrivacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WarungPlay with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account"

A registered user account created by you on the WarungPlay Platform, enabling access to the Services.

"Balance"

The total funds held in your WarungPlay Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and winings.

"Bonus Funds"

Credits issued to your Account pursuant to promotional offers, subject to wagering requirements and the bonus terms applicable to each specific promotion.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required byWarungPlay prior to processing withdrawal requests, including submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.

"Real Money Funds"

Funds deposited by you via an approved payment method, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.

"Services"

All online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer experiences, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering services made available through the Platform.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a specified sum (typically the bonus amount or the sum of bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal of winings derived from that sum is permitted.

"We" / "WarungPlay"

The operator of the Platform and the entity responsible for providing the Services.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with WarungPlay, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You areat least 21 years of age. WarungPlay strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending such verification.
2. You are an individual, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
3. You are registering and using the Services in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessingWarungPlay is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of such persons employed by or associated with WarungPlay or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction on your Account, nor have you applied for self-exclusion from online gambling services that would cover theWarungPlay Platform.
6. All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to holdone Account only on the WarungPlay Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share your credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify WarungPlay support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensure that your contact details, including your email address and phone number, remain current and accurate at all times.

WarungPlay will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team promptly.

Account registration is subject to identity verification. WarungPlay may, at its discretion and at any time, require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with supporting documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the witholding of any pending withdrawals.

5 Deposits & Payments

WarungPlay accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods:

• Online banking via FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks);
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Online Banking;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay;
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT), converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or walets registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the return of funds and Account suspension.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are specified on the Deposit page of your Account dashboard. WarungPlay does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which WarungPlay accepts no responsibility.

WarungPlay reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to your first withdrawal request;
2. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be satisfied in full before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn;
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance;
4. Your Account must be in good standing, with no open disputes, security flags, or compliance holds;
5. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified Account details.

WarungPlay aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are typically processed within the same business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. WarungPlay does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

WarungPlay reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requesting updated identification documents, source-of-funds declarations, or self-certification of gambling activity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

WarungPlay offers a variety of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotional page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all Promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have met the minimum deposit requirement specified for the relevant Promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each Promotion. Bonuses and associated winings may be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period;
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are wagered first; bonus funds are applied thereafter unless otherwise specified;
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse;
• WarungPlay reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, notice of material changes will be provided;
• Winings derived from bonus funds that were obtained through misrepresentation, system exploitation, or any form of collusive or fraudulent behaviour are void and will not be paid.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the WarungPlay Platform — including live casino tables, Sic Bo, slot games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or sports betting section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable game rules.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, WarungPlay will attempt to restore the game session to its state immediately prior to the incident. Where restoration is not possible, any bets placed during the error period may be voided and stakes returned to your Account atWarungPlay's discretion. WarungPlay accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets are subject to our sports betting rules, which govern matters including but not limited to: bet acceptance and confirmation, void bets, early settlement, in-play betting, maximum payout limits, and the resolution of disputes arising from incorrect odds. WarungPlay reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WarungPlay Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or facilitating or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform or circumvent security measures;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity;
• Initiating chargebacks, unauthorised payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith;
• Abusing or harassing WarungPlay staff, support agents, or other users;
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.

WarungPlay reserves the right to take all available remedies — including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action — against any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct.

10 Responsible Gambling

WarungPlay is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented the following tools to assist players in managing their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a minimum period of 24 hours. During a cooling-off period, marketing communications will be suppressed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic session reminders to prompt awareness of time and funds spent.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the WarungPlay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of WarungPlay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; reverse engineer any software; or use WarungPlay's trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WarungPlay and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill;
• Damages arising from interruption, suspension, or cessation of the Services;
• Damages caused by unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, WarungPlay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Termination

WarungPlay may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close your Account in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your Account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute againstWarungPlay;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period exceding 12 consecutive months;
• We are required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned to you subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance or verification procedures.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

WarungPlay reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered to your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

WarungPlay is operated for entertainment purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. WarungPlay makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions from which they may be accessed.
